Local: Venture Snowboards Web Store

If you're from Colorado, or even perhaps not from Colorado, you might have heard of Venture Snowboards.   Venture is a local Colorado company who prides themselves on making incredibly great snowboards, striving for perfection and staying as green as possible.   If you're like me, even in Colorado, it can be hard to find a shop locally that carries Venture Snowboards, and sometimes even online things got a bit crazy.

Well, not anymore friends.  Venture has announced their new web store, which you can find at the following address:

Now before you get all riled up about direct sales and not supporting local shops, Venture has thought this through.  When you place an order through the online store, a shop closest to you has the chance to fill the order for you from their inventory.  If a local shop can't fill the order, or chooses not to, then Venture themselves will fill the order.  It's a pretty solid way to make product available to everyone, while still supporting your shops!

There are several reasons, I'm stoked on Venture Snowboards..... Not only are they doing their thing right here in Colorado, but they also make insanely great quality boards, and allow you to choose the waist width on the board you're ordering.  So as a bigger person, you can somewhat customize the waist width and not just have to choose a cookie cutter delivery.    Two  boards are pictured below.   If you get a chance check out Venture Snowboards, and their quality sticks!!
