Thrifty Spending..

So often times people will ask me where I get my gear, or perhaps how they can find a great price on a specific board they are looking for.  I'm not a super shopper, but I do tend to research the price of gear prior to purchasing it.   First I figure out what I want to find, and then the magic can begin.

Local: Loveland Shreddin

Friday morning, I spent some time at Loveland with the 720 Team, and also riding the new 09-10 GNU Park Pickle with some Union Force DLX bindings.  The day was beautiful, and I meant to take my camera with me, but forgot it along with my gloves back at the flat.   I ended up stopping by Christys sports to pickup some 686 pipe gloves, because honeslty the day was warm enough I only needed something light.

On the road

So I haven't forgotten about the blog this past week or so, I've been traveling quite a bit. The season has started in CO with the opening of both A-Basin and Loveland. I'm hoping to get out and shred when I get home this week. Review of the lib-tech skunk ape coming soon.

Early Season & Randomness

The early season is quickly approaching here in Colorado, as both A-Basin and Loveland continue their "Race to Open" competition.  I keep hearing rumors of either opening within the next week or two, which is exciting!   Unfortunately I may miss opening day as I'm heading out to Mexico City tomorrow for almost two weeks.   It seems like the season this year in CO may be a great season, as the temperatures are dropping early, and we got snow incredibly early this year.
